2025 Site Exhibition

28th November - 6th December 2025 at SVA

2025 Open Studios artists are warmly invited to take part in the group exhibition at SVA John Street Gallery, which will be open to the public from Friday 28th November to Saturday 6th December.

The gallery will also be open for a special evening opening during Goodwill Evening on Friday 5th December - a prime spot for selling work during the busy event.

We’ll have a price list available for visitors, as well as 2025 directories so they can find more info about the artists too, but you’re welcome to leave a small stack of business cards as well. Our commission fee will be 25%, so please keep that in mind when deciding on prices.

The exhibition is only for 2025 Open Studios artists, as SVA membership was included in your fee.

If you took part in Site Festival as a Listing and Feature, we're more than happy for your work to be included as well - but you'll need to become an SVA member here first.

Things to note

  1. If you're registering with video instead of images, email kazz@sva.org.uk with a video file or link instead of using this form.

  2. There's no size requirement for the images to submit, but we do need your name in the filenames so we know who they belong to.

  3. Due to the size limitations, all artwork has to be under 30cm x 30cm (triptychs within this size are accepted). Films are welcome, but please email kazz@sva.org.uk to email your entries instead of using the form.

  4. There is one windowsill for small 3D pieces, and 4 plinths that can be made available (two 50x50cm and two 20x20cm plinths).

  5. Pricing your work - there is a 25% commission fee, so price your work accordingly. You can also put 'NFS' (not for sale) or 'POA' (price on application) on the form.

  6. If you'd like to submit a triptych which measures as a total under 30cm, please submit one image of the triptych as one single artwork and then provide two other pieces for us to select from.

  1. Ensure you have mirror plates attached if your work needs hanging. You can buy these from Pegasus Art in Thrupp (as an SVA member you get 5% off your purchases there). If your piece needs a different hanging method, do let us know on the form.

  2. Include a label (written on the back, or attached to the back) with your name, the name of your artwork and the price.

  3. Provide ample instructions if your work needs extra attention or has features that aren’t immediately obvious (eg, it needs plugging into a power socket, needs weighing down to be safe).

  4. Let us know on your form if you need a plinth.

Any questions, email kazz@sva.org.uk.
