Open Thursdays to Saturdays 10am-3pm, for two weeks.

Join us for the Private View on Friday 28th November 6pm-8pm.

The gallery will also be open for a special evening opening during Goodwill Evening on Friday 5th December.

We’ll have a price list available for visitors, as well as 2025 directories so they can find more info about the artists too, but you’re welcome to leave a small stack of business cards as well.

Make sure to sign up for an invigilation slot, and keep an eye out on Instagram for us sharing your work.

  • Monday 24th November 6pm-8pm - Deliver your work to SVA John Street Gallery

  • Tuesday 25th November 10am-3pm - Deliver your work to SVA John Street Gallery

  • Friday 28th November 6-8pm - Private View.

  • Friday 5th December - Evening opening for Goodwill Evening.

  • Saturday 13th December 3-5pm- Collect your work once the gallery has closed.

  • There will be another collection date soon after the 13th Dec - to be confirmed.

Delivering your work

Deliver to SVA Gallery on Monday 24th November 6-8pm or Tuesday 25th November 10am-3pm.

  • You’ll need to take your packaging away with you once you’ve delivered your work if possible (and bring it back for collection).

  • Double check the list of artworks when you get there, to make sure the title and price is correct on the list.

  1. Attach mirror plates if your work needs hanging. You can buy these from Pegasus Art in Thrupp (as an SVA member you get 5% off your purchases there).

  2. Label your work (written on the back, or attached somewhere) with your name, the name of your artwork and the price (if applicable).

  3. Provide ample instructions if your work needs extra attention or has features that aren’t immediately obvious.
