The artists of Union Street present a new show ‘Tapestry’, incorporating jewellery, textiles, ceramics, folk art sculpture, painting, illustration and animation. The works explore the unique perspective, handprint and process of each artist and their discipline.
Our gallery is a meeting place between the artists’ studios and the public sphere, creating a welcoming space that allows art to be accessible, playful and original. We believe in eradicating any hierarchy in the arts, and this multi-disciplinary show is a celebration of craft, art, the handmade and the individual.
