We want your Open Studios information to be correct in the 13,000 printed directories that will be distributed across the South West, but sometimes mistakes are made.

So, by midday on Thursday you need to :

• Check your listingin this Artists Proof PDF - check your contact details, artist description and directions are correct.

• Email to tell us about any edits required.

• If you’re the main contact for a group of artists, please do check the listing with your group as well.

All by midday Thursday 23rd April 2026.

Things to note:

• This is a draft form of the directory, so all other information will be added and amended once the Open Studios listings are confirmed.

• Image quality is lower than the final version will be, and final checks will be made by a professional proof reader.

• The directory designers have chosen images based on the page layouts and print quality, using the images provided by you.

• Images cannot be changed at this stage unless there has been an error on our part.
